Never heard of Forest Bathing before? Don't worry, you can keep your clothes on. Forest Bathing originated in Japan where it is known as shinrin-yoku. It simply means to "bathe" in the atmosphere of the forest.

By slowing down and experiencing the forest through awakened senses you are more able to connect with yourself and the healing power of Nature.
